Sorry, ladies, but this man’s all for the lads! Bohren Tabirian takes to the field as the striker and captain of the Brennan soccer team. The Cats might wear bronze, but they hope to take home the gold today!
At only sixteen, lovely Perrin Maier is one of the youngest competitors this year. Although born Brennan, she’ll be shooting for the Tyrisi team with the standard pistol that her father - military engineer, Eamon Maier - designed at the very first games. He may have passed her the design, but let’s hope he’s also passed her the skills she needs to win!
From the far-off desert country of Akhar comes Kaldir Samzin. This girl came from nothing - came from being blind - to winning last year’s World Championship. If she wins today, she’ll take home the first Akhari gold in the history of the games.
Don’t let his height or age fool you, Kaiaden Voluska, is a champion diver. His country, Vestanza, may be known for grass and horses, but it’s home to more than enough rivers for this young man to properly challenge anyone born on the ocean.
You’d think that Sorian Aljannsen’s royal upbringing would make him a bit of a brat, but the man is one of most aggressive fencers in the world arena today. He’s hoping to - no, he downright must - bring home the gold to his father in Heilmdor.
Mirab Ailinar will be representing the seaside country of Yura in this year’s archery competition. Surprisingly, she actually has no ethnic ties to the country she’ll be shooting for. Born and raised Tyrisi, she actually spent her teenage years training at one of the Yura’s specialized facilities before returning to her homeland.
Lastly, we have the highly controversial dark horse with the winning smile, Rivek Ailinar. The man flies down the track like a hawk. He will be representing the newly formed Allied Alisian Nation’s in their very first games. Too bad he’s running on an injury he sustained earlier this week - when he was attacked on the street as a possible hate crime. Can he still earn that coveted title of ‘fastest man alive’?

I watched the Olympics on a cross-country flight this summer, and I couldn't help but sketch out all my characters as athletes (representing my fictional countries). I have no life.
Bohren Tabirian, Perrin Maeir, Kaldir Samzin, Kaiaden Voluska, Sorian Aljannsen, Mirab Ailinar, and Rivek Ailinar belong to Grace Fong,
As always, i admire your work. You obviously did a lot of study to get the right clothes and props and for that well done! It's always fun to get inspired and your results are gorgeous.
